We have high staff-to-child ratios to ensure safety and high supervision.
Instructor led activities (e.g. kayaking and climbing): 1 staff member to 6 children
Low-risk activities (e.g. team building and wide games): 1 staff member to 10 children
All activities are led by qualified instructors or experienced camp counsellors.
-
Our staff stay on-site in their own rooms, on the same floor as the children. This means staff are always close by and easily accessible if needed.
A staff member will be on night duty, completing checks once children are asleep and again before they wake up. For extra safety, accommodation doors are alarmed overnight, and CCTV operates across the site.
These measures help ensure a safe and secure environment at all times.
