Our camps are all-inclusive, covering all activities, accommodation, and meals, including snacks. There are no hidden costs

Yes, you can pay over 3 monthly instalments with us. You also have the option of paying through Klarna and Clearpay, offering an alternative way of paying through instalments.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Union Pay, Cartes Bancaires, and Diners Club International. You can also pay with Apple Pay, Link, Klarna, and Clearpay.
If you’d like to pay in instalments, you have two options: choose Klarna or Clearpay at checkout for external payment plans, or secure your spot with a deposit and pay the remaining balance directly through us.

Prices vary depending on the camp and length of stay.
We usually offer an Early Bird Discount, this is the lowest price available each year. Our pricing reflects the quality of our activities, fully-trained instructors and the full residential experience.

Students can stay for as long as the camp is running, which may range from one week to the full summer.
It’s also possible to combine programmes with our partner company, UKG Language, allowing students to join English camps on the South Coast or in the New Forest alongside our summer adventure programmes for a more varied experience.

Children and teens stay in lodges or cabins, with rooms featuring bunk beds or single beds, accommodating anywhere between 2-14 people per room. Boys and girls are accommodated in separate rooms. Rooms are comfortable, secure, and designed for a great camp experience.

If requested, it is very likely your child will be with their friends. We do our best to accommodate requests, but it depends on the room setup and availability.

Our staff stay on-site in their own rooms, on the same floor as the children. This means staff are always close by and easily accessible if needed.
A staff member will be on night duty, completing checks once children are asleep and again before they wake up. For extra safety, accommodation doors are alarmed overnight, and CCTV operates across the site.
These measures help ensure a safe and secure environment at all times.

We ask students to bring a towel, but we can provide one on request if needed.

Yes, we offer a laundry service. This is done twice per week as standard.

International students: We will provide bedding for you. No need to bring your own.
UK Campers: If camping, please bring your own sleeping bag and roll mat.
If you would prefer to bring your own bedding, that is recommended.
If needed,bedding can be supplied on request. Just let us know in advance.

We provide tasty and balanced meals such as BBQs, pasta, sandwiches, salads, fish and chips, and fajitas. Snacks include fresh fruit, yoghurts, and savoury bites to keep students full of energy.

Fruit and snacks are always available. Our tuck shop also sells chocolate, crisps, sweet and drinks which children are able to purchase extra snacks from.

Yes, on excursion days, children choose their own packed lunch from a selection of sandwiches, plus snacks and fruit. This ensures everyone has a lunch they enjoy while off site.

Yes, there is a small shop in town, and we are able to take children there if they need to buy essentials or extra snacks. All visits are supervised by our staff.
SUPERVISION & STAFFING

Yes. Our team includes qualified first aiders, and all staff receive comprehensive training in emergency procedures, risk management, and child safety. We have detailed protocols in place for a range of situations, from minor injuries to medical emergencies, ensuring a swift and effective response.
In case of an emergency, staff will provide immediate care and contact parents as needed. Safety is always our top priority.

We have high staff-to-child ratios to ensure safety and high supervision.
Instructor led activities (e.g. kayaking and climbing): 1 staff member to 6 children

All activities are led by qualified instructors or experienced camp counsellors.

We also have a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) overseeing all safeguarding measures, ensuring the highest standards of care and protection for every child.

All of our adventure camps are based at Foxlease Park, located at Clay Hill, Lyndhurst, SO43 7DE, in the heart of the New Forest, England, UK.

UK Families can drive directly or enquire about our shuttle bus services/pick-up points if they are unable to get to camp.

Most students are dropped off at our accommodation in the New Forest, where our camps are based or begin.
You'll receive exact drop-off details in your confirmation email. Upon arrival, a leader will meet you and guide you to your lodge or cabin, where you can settle in and say goodbye to your family.

Yes. We can arrange airport transfers for individual students or groups arriving into and departing from major UK airports.

Arrivals: before 12:00pm
Departures: after 12:00pm
Transfers outside these times may still be possible but will incur an additional charge.

No. Airport transfers are not included in the camp price but can be booked as an optional add-on during the booking process. If you prefer, you can also contact us and we can arrange this separately and invoice you at a later date.

A member of our trained staff will meet your child at the airport, help them feel safe and welcome, and accompany them all the way to camp. On arrival, students are taken straight to their group and settled in by our team.

Yes. Families may organise their own airport transfers if preferred. Please let us know your travel plans in advance so we can ensure a smooth arrival at camp.

Yes, we have indoor communal areas where students can relax, play games, socialise and take part in evening activities. These spaces are perfect for downtime and indoor sessions.

Absolutely. Our New Forest camp sits within large, spacious grounds (a 65-acre site in the heart of the New Forest) giving students room to explore and enjoy outdoor activities.

Yes, we have a dedicated campfire area where we host evening campfires with marshmallows and s’mores.

Yes, we use a lake for raft building, kayaking and canoeing, led by trained paddlesports instructors. All students wear safety equipment and all sessions are fully risk-assessed.

Yes, we have open fields and large outdoor spaces that are used for team games, evening activities and adventure challenges throughout camp.
DAILY LIFE & ROUTINE

Each day is full of adventure with up to 5 activities, depending on how long they run.
One day might be High Ropes, Kayaking, Nightline, Geocaching and Pioneering, while another could be a full day of mountain biking in the New Forest with bushcraft/campfires in the evening.
Some days are full off-site trips like exploring the Jurassic Coast.
You’ll also have breaks to relax, plus evening games, free time and campfires run by our residential leaders. -

Evening summer camp activities are varied ranging from creative activities, relaxed activities and competitive ones.
Examples include sports, team challenges, movie nights, rocket building and talent shows. These activities typically take place after dinner and provide opportunities socialise and build friendships.

Wake up time is at 7:00am, giving everyone plenty of time to get ready for breakfast and the day’s activities.
Lights out is 10:00pm. This helps ensure children get enough rest for the next day’s adventures.

Also known as Adventure Only for international students.
Both names refer to the same camp, but we use separate booking links to make the process smoother for UK families and international groups.This programme combines English language lessons with our full adventure timetable. Students stay on the same site as the New Forest Adventure Camp and take part in many of the same activities, with additional classroom learning included.
South Coast Expedition is our travelling adventure programme for teens who want a bigger challenge and a true expedition feel.
The group begins in the New Forest and then heads across the South Coast, staying in different accommodation throughout the week — including locations in Dartmoor, Devon and Newquay. -
They are exactly the same camp.
“Adventure Only” is the name used for our international booking link, while “New Forest Adventure Camp” is used for UK families. -
Our main camps are for ages 12–17.

Airport transfers are available to book at an additional cost, and our team will meet students at the airport and accompany them back to camp safely.

Yes, absolutely. Many of our campers join us for the very first time, and our leaders are experienced in helping new campers settle in quickly. The mix of friendly icebreakers, small group activities and supportive staff makes it easy for children to feel comfortable from day one.

Hiking is a guided walk through the beautiful woodland and open forest areas of the New Forest. Children explore nature trails, spot wildlife such as wild ponies and deer, and learn about the local environment along the way.

Our staff are always on hand to monitor and assist if a child feels unwell. We provide basic first aid and ensure they are comfortable while assessing the situation. If further medical attention is needed, we have access to local healthcare professionals and will act accordingly.
Parents will be informed promptly of any health concerns, and we will work with you to determine the best course of action, whether that’s rest, medical treatment, or, in rare cases, early collection. Your child’s well-being is our top priority.

Homesickness is completely normal, especially for first-time campers. Our leaders are trained to spot it early and give children extra support, encouragement and reassurance. We keep them busy with activities, help them make friends and check in regularly to make sure they’re settling in.

We ask parents to share any illnesses, allergies, additional needs or medical conditions their child has during the booking process. This helps our team prepare properly and ensure your child is safe and supported throughout their stay.

If your child will be taking any prescribed medication, we ask for full details and clear instructions during the booking form.
Medication must be provided in its original packaging and handed directly to our staff on arrival.
Our trained leaders can safely store, record and administer medication as required. -
In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, we will always make every reasonable effort to contact you immediately.
However, if we are unable to reach you quickly enough, we must have your permission for your child to receive urgently needed treatment from NHS professionals.Your consent allows healthcare professionals to act quickly in your child’s best interests.

During camp, children sometimes experience minor issues such as headaches, insect bites, mild colds or grazes.
With your consent, our first-aid trained team may give simple, non-prescription remedies when appropriate, including:Paracetamol

We always record what has been given and monitor your child closely.

Our team is great at helping quieter or more reserved children feel included. We introduce them to others in their group, pair them up for activities and give lots of gentle encouragement. The camp environment is relaxed and friendly, and most children gain confidence quickly once they start joining in and making friends.

Phones are allowed at camp, but only at certain times. Children can use their phones in the evenings during quiet time, and we provide a hotspot so they can check messages or speak to home.
Phones aren’t allowed during activities so everyone can stay safe, focused and involved.
Parents can contact our residential leaders at any time for updates, and we’re always happy to let you know how your child is getting on. -
Due to our camp locations (forests, nature reserves, etc.), WiFi is not accessible. However, we see this as a great opportunity for children to unplug, immerse themselves in adventure, and connect with friends—all while being in the safe hands of our experienced leaders.
