As an Operations Officer, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, supporting directors and staff to maintain safe, compliant, and efficient environments.

responsibilities

  • Coordinating logistics for language programmes and camps, including transport, accommodation, and activities.

  • Managing compliance tasks such as risk assessments, OFSTED & British Council and health & safety checks.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for schools, parents, and agents.

  • Overseeing procurement, invoicing, and supplier relationships.

  • Supporting host family arrangements and ensuring safeguarding standards.

  • Providing first aid and maintaining relevant certifications.

  • Working with external agencies to ensure all children are supported during their time with Educamps Ltd.

what we’re looking for

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons.

  • Full First Aid at Work and Food Hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to child welfare and safeguarding.

  • Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm including lunch break. Flexibility of hours during camp season is essential and TOIL will be given.
