How to Get to Educamps Adventures: Transport & Airport Transfers for adventure Camps
Planning travel to camp should be simple and stress-free. At Educamps Adventures, we offer flexible transport options for both UK families and international students to ensure everyone can arrive safely and smoothly.
All of our adventure programmes begin at the same central location in the heart of the New Forest.
Where Our Camps Are Based
All Educamps Adventures programmes are based at:

This location is the main base for:
Our South Coast Expedition also begins at Foxlease Park before travelling to different locations during the programme.
Foxlease Park provides the perfect base for adventure, surrounded by forest, outdoor activity areas and beautiful New Forest scenery.
Transport Options for UK Families
UK families have two main options for getting to camp.
1. Drop Off at Camp
Families are welcome to drive directly to Foxlease Park and drop their child off at camp. Full arrival instructions and timings will be included in your booking confirmation.
2. Shuttle Bus Service
For families who may find travel difficult, we offer a shuttle bus service from selected pick-up points to and from camp.
Pick-up locations and availability vary depending on the programme and demand, so we recommend contacting us for the latest details.
Transport Options for International Families
We welcome students from around the world and offer airport transfers to help make travelling to camp straightforward.
Airport transfers are available from:
Heathrow Airport
Gatwick Airport
Bournemouth Airport
St Pancras Airport
A member of our trained team will meet students at the airport, help them feel comfortable and safe, and accompany them directly to camp.
Upon arrival at Foxlease Park, students are welcomed by our leaders and guided to their lodge or cabin where they can settle in and meet their group.
Airport Transfer Schedule
To ensure smooth and efficient airport transfers, please book your flights within the following suggested time windows:
Arrival Flights: Flights arriving between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM (our minibus will leave the airport one hour after the last scheduled arrival, aiming to depart no later than 5:00 PM)
Departure Flighs: Flights departing between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Our standard airport transfer will arrive at the airport at 7:30 AM.
If your flight arrives too early or departs too late, you may need to wait at the airport until the scheduled transfer time.
Airport Transfer Prices
Return transfer prices are:
Bournemouth Airport: £50 per person
Heathrow Airport: £198 per person
Gatwick Airport: £198 per person
St Pancras Airport: £250 per person
Airport transfers are not included in the camp price and can be booked as an optional add-on during the booking process. If needed, we can also arrange transfers separately and invoice you.
Arriving on the First Day
On the first day of camp, we remain on-site throughout the day to allow flexibility for arrivals.
This means families can arrive earlier or later without stress, as the first day focuses on:

Meeting leaders
Icebreaker activities
Team-building

Organising Your Own Transport
Families are also welcome to arrange their own transport if preferred.
UK families can drive directly to Foxlease Park.
International families may organise their own airport transfers or travel arrangements.
Please just inform us of your plans in advance so we can ensure a smooth arrival.
